Land Forum is a new police location in Eindhoven where police employees work, learn and innovate together on vigilance and service. We provide the project management of the design and advisory team and are responsible for the master plan, image quality plan and design layout plan and supervision. We focused on creating a green, open and safe environment.

The master plan and layout plan for the Netherlands' first police campus involves the incorporation of 50,000m2 of building program for 1,700 employees, 16,000m2 of functional grounds, 1,000 parking spaces and a large connecting outdoor space. The outdoor space is maximally green with many work, sports and relaxation areas. A central pavilion for gatherings completes the design of this green living room. It is a safe haven for colleagues and, despite the security measures, has the most (nature) friendly appearance possible to the surroundings.

The ambition is to connect the green outdoor space with the surrounding landscape and the security of the location. The ambition here is to connect the existing ecological structures in the area and to strengthen them where possible. An important part of this is the green zone between the Grasrijk residential area and Land Forum. This zone will be sustainably designed as a green corridor that is publicly accessible and is seen as an extension of the ecology of the police location and will function as a whole from an ecological perspective.
