About the position 
Within the Vision and Strategy Team we work on healthy, sustainable and inspiring visions and strategies for current and future generations. Demand for housing is increasing, cities are becoming more densely populated and the climate and economy are changing. At the same time, all these changes need physical space to be realised. Within our team, we work on the integration and planning of these future transitions, to help shape the future of the Netherlands in a sustainable direction. In addition, you will have a lot of freedom to shape the role as you see fit and can expand your role to other teams in the office. Every team in PosadMaxwan functions as a self-governing entity, and as a Senior Designer, you will have the freedom to explore new directions that excite you. 

What we are looking for 

Would you describe yourself as someone who: 

• Has a love for complex projects on a city and regional scale; 
• Has experience in guiding multi-stakeholder processes; 
• Has experience or a strong interest in our major current transitions (mobility, energy, circularity, health, climate); 
• Has ca. 8 years of work experience as a designer; 
• Is pro-active, takes initiative and communicates clearly; 
• Can contribute to our network of clients and experts; 
• Can build and maintain a strong client relationship; 
• Has good graphic skills; 
• Has excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

What we offer 
A 32–40-hour contract in a diverse and enthusiastic (self-governing) team, where you can contribute to the professionalization and growth of the organization. A nice workplace with ditto lunch. Terms of employment in accordance with the collective labor agreement for personnel employed by architectural firms (SFA).
